This is the story behind why Mighty Kids exists.

It didn’t begin with a business idea. It began with a mum trying to understand why her little boy still wasn’t thriving.

He ate a genuinely good diet. We were already buying what I believed were high-quality supplements. Yet testing still showed he was deficient in key nutrients.

That completely changed the way I thought about nutrition.

I realised it isn’t only about what we eat, it’s about what our bodies are actually able to absorb and use.

A body under stress, with inflammation or an unhappy gut, can struggle to absorb nutrients efficiently. But what fascinated me was that many of the very nutrients needed during those times can also help support the gut, the cells and the systems involved in healthy absorption.

It became this beautiful cycle, nourish the body well enough, and the body is often better able to receive nourishment.

That was the reason we became so passionate about liposomal technology.
Because if more of the nutrient reaches where it’s needed, the body has a better opportunity to use it.

When we say we obsessed over absorption, we mean it. We didn’t just compare our formulas with standard supplements, we even tested them against other liposomal products.

I can never promise outcomes, every child is different. But perhaps that’s why we receive so many messages from families saying, “I noticed the difference.”

Hearing all your stories is the greatest privilege, and hearing them in person whilst looking into another mum’s eyes is incredible.

Today, a lovely lady came running over to tell me her little boy is finally sleeping through the night.

(This particular little boy was actually using the Mighty Kids Multivitamin and Magnesium.)

When it comes to magnesium and sleep, I always want to be really careful not to promise outcomes.

Earlier this week, I shared my own story about how my 2-year-old still wakes in the night, despite taking magnesium every day. For us, that’s because of the sleep associations I’ve created through feeding him to sleep and co-sleeping.
What magnesium has done for my son However has been incredible. We saw a huge leap in his speech. He’s so much calmer, his tantrums reduced dramatically, his clinginess improved, and he seems much more emotionally settled. But I’ve always been really clear, magnesium isn’t something that makes a child sleepy, and it can never guarantee sleep.

What it does do is support hundreds of processes in the body.
