Standard delivery costs £3.50. Delivery for orders costing £60 or more is free.
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 service and our parcels almost always arrive the next working day, but in rare cases can take longer.
Other delivery information
You will receive tracking information via email when your order is dispatched.
If you are away from your address when delivery is attempted, the courier may either leave the parcel in a safe place, or put a card through your door allowing you to re-book a delivery or arrange collection.
Larger orders may be split into more than one parcel, and these may arrive separately.
What to do if your parcel arrives damaged
In order for us to process a claim for a refund or replacement, you must choose one of the following options:
1. If when receiving the parcel there are clear signs of damage, or if the parcel has been placed in a plastic bag by the courier, then please refuse the delivery, and it will be returned to us.
2. If it is safe to do so, email photos of damaged bottles to team@mightykidssupplements.co.uk
3. If you feel it is unsafe to open or inspect the parcel, please contact us for the next steps: team@mightykidssupplements.co.uk
We ask that you contact us within 72 hours of delivery on team@mightykidssupplements.co.uk, and you must retain the full parcel with contents until we confirm the refund or replacement will be processed.
