We’re really happy to hear that you’ve previously had such a positive experience with Mighty Kids, and we completely understand how frustrating it must be to feel that it isn’t working in the same way now that your daughter is older. Interestingly, some children can find magnesium stimulating when taken later in the day, rather than calming, so it may be worth trying the dose in the morning and seeing whether that makes a difference. We also know that sometimes magnesium needs a little extra support from B vitamins, which are present in our multivitamin.
